Abstract

23 cases of tuberculosis of breast are reported during a 12 year period of experience in the department of Pathology and Bacteriology, G.S.V.M. Medical College, Kanpur. It is stressed that the breast lump must be diagnosed histopathologically before radical treatment is undertaken to avoid needless mastectomies.
