Abstract

Young guineapigs weighing 225±20 gms were subcutaneously injected with 1 mg killed M. tuberculosis H 37 Rv in suspension and after 14 days tested with 1 Tuberculin unit of PPD. Tuberculin positive animals were grouped in 10s and different groups received different treatments.
