Abstract

Clinical jaundice was rare and was present in only 3 cases. Other findings noted were: loss of weight 70%, appetite (55%) anaemia (25%) and protein malnutrition (60%). Liver biopsy is the most useful procedure for confirmation of the diagnosis of ganulomatous hepatic tuberculosis and rational therapy.
