Abstract

A case of atlanto-axial dislocation with quadruparesis, diagnosed preoperatively as cranio-vertebral anomaly, was found to have a tubercular cold abscess in the suboccipital region. Literature on cranio-vertebral tuberculosis reveals such presentation unusual.
