Abstract

There are two opposite view about human cloning. The Governments including US Government has banned the human cloning. The scientists believe that limited number of human cloning should be permitted for experimental and research purpose. Due to ban, human kind in latent/waiting period. This is the period to think the possible problems that arise by Human cloning and their potential solutions. Problems are ethical, criminal, legal, religious, social, professionals, and commercial. Ultimate question will be where and when to end. The most potential benefit will be in area of infertility .When our all efforts of in vitro fertilization [IVF-ET] Test-tube baby are failed and the human cloning is the hope. Recently new hope has come from cultivating the Human stem cell. This has opened up a total new dimension of treatment of all disease by with stem cells. But again the Human cloning will remain a dilemma.
