Abstract

A case of pulmonary tuberculosis with scleroderma leading to recurrent, alternate, bilateral, spontaneous pneumothoraces, and proceeding on to pyopneumothoraces, which was successfully treated, is reported, To the best of our knowledge, such i. presentation has never been reported in the literature, though a case of scleroderma developing spontaneous pneumothorax was reported by Isreal and Harley (1956).
