2 cases of tuberculosis of the thyroid gland are reported. The clinical diagnosis was adenoma and nodular goitre respectively, but histologically the cases turned out to be tuberculosis of the thyroid gland. In a total of 353 cases of enlarged Thyroid in a period of 20 years, 3 cases were found to be tuberculous.
