Abstract

Ordinarily it become difficult to differentiate between the chromosomes of parents in somatic cell hybrids. This poses further problem in gene mapping studies particularly through somatic cell hybrid panels and in situ hybridization. In present study the attempts are made to solve the problem at least partially.
