Fourty three year old male presented with complaint of gradual increase in size of hands and feet for the past eight years. Patients shoe size went up from size eight to size ten. He also complained of heaviness of head. There was no history of vomiting, blurring of vision, diplopia, tinnintus. MRI brain revealed sellar mass lesion suggestive of pituitary macroadenoma. His growth hormone level was found to be 25 ng/ml leading to acromegaly.
