Abstract

(1) Addition of Streptomycin does not seem to influence at all the results obtainable from RMP+INH-PZA regimen in respect of speed of sputum coversion and reversions during the first 26 weeks of follow-up. (2) 12 weeks’ treatment even with these potent regimens does not seem to be enough for the type of patients included in the trial. (3) All relapses so far have been caused by sensitive bacilli.
