An unusual case of Lupus Vulgaris (Verrucosus) associated with Pulmonary Tuberculosis in a young man is presented. He had asymptomatic pulmonary tuberculosis and developed a cold abscess in the perineum, leading to two bilateral, symmetrical Verrucosus plaques in the Ischiorectal areas. Chemotherapy gave excellent results.
