Five cases of co-existing tuberculous meningitis (T.B.M.) and tuberculoma of the brain are reported. Children appear to be more prone to this combination than adults. The outlook is poorer in patients with both T.B.M. and tuberculoma than in those with either of these manifestations occurring alone.
