Two cases which developed epileptiforrn seizures with single 300 mg dose of isoniazid are
reported. The criteria of drug induced seizures was remission and recurrence of seizures when the
drug was stopped and retested. Desensitization was unsuccessfully tried in one case and concomitant
administration of high dose pyridoxine did not help in controlling the seizures.
