AbstractBiological factors including “Peak Concentration (PC)” Peak Hour of Concentration (PH), Half Life (HL) and Effective Concentration Coverage (E CC) of Rifampicin were estimated. “Minimum Inhibitory Concentration (MTC)”, was taken as 1.00 meg/ml. Rifampicin attains not only a higher concentration in the Eastern region than in the others but also its effectiveness or strength of Peak Concentration (PC/MIC) comes close to that of 1NH and single dose of each drug administered at the interval of two hours will also help in attaining synchronised Peak Concentration.
