Full text available as: AbstractAn Enzyme Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) of lgG antibodies to antigen cytosolic fraction of Mycobacterium tuberculosis, was done in 75 patients of pulmonary tuberculosis and 94 controls. Except two, all the controls were correctly classified, and ten patients gave false negative results. The specificity of the test was 97.87% and sensitivity 86.66%. | EPrint Type: | Article |
