Abstract

We deeply respect the comments provided by Powell regarding our preliminary study. Indeed, we cannot avoid certain biases because there are few participants in the study. However, the findings from our study may offer motivation for further investigating immuno-modulating therapy for thymomatous myasthenia gravis, which often has a poor prognosis.
