Abstract

A case of Chronic Tubercular Pyopneumothorax with broncho-pleural fistula successfully managed by intercostal drainage with slow negative suction followed by closed drainage and pleural wash by EUSOL is reported. The procedure coupled with adequate chemotherapy resulted in full expansion of the lung.
