Abstract

One hundred and fifty six hospitalised female patients of pulmonary tuberculosis having various gynaecological problems were studied tuberculous endometritis was detected in 11.5% of the patients. Amenorrboea was the commonest 46.2% menstrual abnormality followed by Oligomenorrhoea (25.0%). Half the cases of confirmed tuberculous endometritis had amenorrhoea and 66.6% cases were sterile.
