Tuberculosis (TB) is one of the main causes of mortality and morbidity in the developing countries. Mostly, patients of TB are adults in their productive age group. Though TB among children is not considered as a public health problem, it would be improper to lose sight of serious forms of TB like tuberculous meningitis (TBM) and miliary TB which affect mostly children, more so the infants.
