Abstract

Acute Spinal Cord Injury is a medical challenge: both for the surgical team and the anaesthesiologist. Immediate resuscitation forms a very important part in overall management. The anaesthesiologist has a leading role in managing such patients - onsite,during transport, in operation theatres, and ICU. The lecture outlines scientific approach in managing patients with spinal cord injury.
