Full text available as: AbstractIn a previous investigation based on a study of 75 lymphnodes clinically and histologically diagnosed as tuberculous, it was shown that the idea that “caseous” areas must show destruction of reticulin framework was untenable (Seth, Mangalik and Mehrotra, 1953). Experimental work was then undertaken to throw some light on this problem by producing tubercular lesions in the lymphnodes of guinea-pigs. The present paper is based on the work done. | EPrint Type: | Article |
