AbstractPlace of major chest surgical procedures in the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis has been discussed with five case reports. Choice of a procedure is dependent on various factors and each case has to be considered as an invidual problem. Due to advance in chemotherapy and thoracic surgery, pulmonary tuberculosis has become one of the most treatable of chronic diseases.
