AbstractThe combined effect of administration of 6,12,18 and 24 mg./kg./day of S. N. 47 with DHS 1.5 mg./kg./day or INH 0.4 mg./kg./day were compared with S. N. 47 alone in comparable dosages. As judged macroscopically and histopathologically the combined effect of S. N. 47 with DHS and INH were merely additive and no synergism could be demonstrated.
